Returns:
Returns are accepted within 7 days of the purchase date with the original receipt.
Returns without the original receipt will not be accepted. To qualify for a return, items must meet the following conditions:
1. With all labels and tags attached
2. In complete original packaging
Refunds will be issued to the original form of payment. If a refund to the original form of payment is not possible due to technical or system limitations, the refund may be issued in cash or via an alternative method. Please note that processing such alternative refunds may require additional time.
Returns must be processed at the store where the item was originally purchased, and the original receipt must be presented at the time of return.
Defective Items:
Defective items may be returned within 7 days of purchase, even if the item has been opened, provided it remains in an unused condition.
Please bring the defective item together with the original receipt to any store location. A full refund will be issued to the original form of payment.

5. Final sale items

7. Items returned without the original receipt
8. Items that show signs of use, wear, or damage not caused by a manufacturing defect
Exchanges:
We do not offer direct exchanges. If you wish to obtain a different item, please return the original item and place a new purchase.
